We are available anytime should you have any questions regarding your initial proposal. Should you choose to proceed with us post-proposal review, we’ll embark on the design, drafting, engineering, and permitting phase. This phase may not pertain to your project; if it does not pertain, this phase will be when we present you with a construction contract instead. However, if it does, during this phase, we finalize all project details, material selections and give you your final (Most Accurate) proposal. Our designer or PM will work with you to render a final design, selecting all materials and layouts. We will then proceed to draft architectural plans, research your city building requirements particular for your project and obtain a stamped approval from an engineer as well as preliminary permit approval from your city. We will handle the generation of all necessary documents and meet with your city planning and building department, so you do not need to worry. Given the hard costs involved in this phase, we ask for a “Pre-Construction” fee (Pre-Construction Services Agreement), separate from your construction contract, which goes directly towards these crucial preparatory tasks. At this time, you can still decide if you wish to move forward with us for your build phase. If you wish to hire your own design team and engineering team or if this phase is not needed this fee will not be included, and we would be happy to work with you or your provided team.
Once we navigate through Phase 2, if we have not already, we will present you with your construction contract. This is when we formalize our commitment to each other. This agreement defines responsibilities, payment schedules, timelines, and of course detailed costs. This ensures your peace of mind and protection throughout construction. Communication remains a cornerstone; your questions, feedback and clarifications are welcomed as we finalize your contract, aligning them precisely with your vision. Once construction begins, our dedicated project managers take charge of keeping you informed about every step of the project’s progress. Regular inspections are conducted either daily or at various stages of construction to confirm that everything is going according to plan. We’ve streamlined the process to make it effortless for you. We also incorporate a user-friendly client portal, this is like your project vault, you have the ability 24/7 to see and manage all your project data in one place. We provide you the ability to stay updated on every development, from cost reports, scheduling, material changes, and payments just to name a few, via this portal, available on the web or via the app, ensuring transparency and consistent communication throughout the build.
Our commitment doesn’t end until all details align with your vision. Either before or after passing final city inspections, we meticulously review and perfect every aspect of the project. Any necessary touch-ups, whether overlooked or arising from the construction process, will be addressed to ensure your complete satisfaction. We will also conduct a final cleanup, ensuring that any areas of your property we’ve touched are clean. Our commitment to your satisfaction extends beyond project completion. Lastly, your peace of mind is assured with a one-year warranty on all labor performed by Remodel Right as well as any legally described fit and finish warranty by The State of California Code of Civil Procedure (CCP) 337.15, 895-945.5.
