How long will my Project take to complete?
One of the first questions we ask you will be if you have a deadline for your project. If you do we will do our best to work within that deadline and if it’s simply not possible you will know with your initial in-home estimate. We have optimized our construction process to be as efficient as possible and as such most of our projects do not take longer than a month and if you need design and permitting usually within three months. Typical kitchens and bathrooms we can get done for you in as little as one to two weeks.

How long before the Project, Do I need to be ready?
Once we have a signed construction contract, we will immediately get started preparing your project behind the scenes. For you as the homeowner, we will keep you constantly updated with what we need to know and when you need to make decisions for the project to keep moving toward completion.
How much will it cost me to remodel?
This is usually one of the first questions we get asked and post-pandemic we often have clients that are shocked at how much remodeling costs. We have spent countless hours updating and optimizing our costs so that you are not spending any more than what is fair. Typical kitchen remodels start at around $25,000. Typical bathroom remodels start at around $10,000. Typical full home interior remodels start at around $60,000. Typical backyard remodels (Including pool/spa) start at around $100,000.
How can we pay you?
All deposits for our services can be paid via credit card. The methods of payment will differ depending on the size and scope of your project. However, we generally accept most methods of payment including cash, check, direct deposit, Zelle, Venmo, and Paypal. You also can pay progress payments directly within your client portal. In addition, we offer financing solutions tailored to you. Please contact us or refer to our “financing” page on our website to learn more.
Do I have to have plans and designs?
No, you don’t! We are a full-service general contractor and as such we can provide design, planning, drafting, rendering, and engineering services. This service is separate from your construction contract and as this process can take weeks and are hard cost for us we ask for an upfront deposit, after Phase 1.
Where do we source our materials?
We source our materials from a wide range of suppliers both available to the public as well as only available to contractors from around the world. If you have questions about a particular material, please contact your project manager anytime and they will be happy to assist you.
How can I see data on my project?
All information for your project including materials, costs, timeline, contracts, change orders, photos, communications, and more can be accessed 24/7 through your client portal. You can also reach out to your project manager anytime with any questions you may have during the project. After your project is completed, if you need any information on your project feel free to reach out to us by phone or email and we would be happy to assist you.
How do I get the necessary permits?
As the property owner, you have the ability to pull permits for any project on your home. Depending on the city, they may need written permission from the homeowner, so that we can pull the necessary permits for you. This will be done during Phase 2 of our construction process.
Do you guarantee city or hoa approval?
No, however, we will work with you until we gain approval.
What is your warranty?
Your peace of mind is assured with a one-year warranty on all work performed by Remodel Right as well as any legally described fit and finish warranty by The State of California Code of Civil Procedure (CCP) 337.15, 895-945.5.

Every Home is different and every Project is different in order to find out the cost for your Project we need to do an in-home estimate. This takes about an hour and we will go over all the details we need to know in order to estimate the price in good faith.
